Through intentional movement, expert instruction, and a supportive community, you'll learn how to move with purpose, better understand your body, and build strength and confidence that extends far beyond the studio.

At Method Room, our mission is to not only transform the physical well-being of our clients, but also providing them with a better understanding of their body mechanics. Our TMR Method™ approach goes beyond the calorie burn; we prioritize teaching proper form, alignment, and muscle engagement with the goal that our clients are empowered to integrate the benefits of our method into their everyday lives.

The Method Room is a truly unique workout experience in DC and I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. The classes are challenging but accessible to all levels with modifications, which was helpful for me since I was postpartum.
